Songwriting Seance

A workshop featuring guided meditation, a sound bath, and automatic writing exercises based on lived experience to release or call in energies. Excerpts of the writing were then rewritten on small pieces of paper to burn in a ritual fire. Hosted at Arts Printing House in Vilnius, Lithuania.
