High Vibrational Country Club

High Vibrational Country Club was a performance and transcendental digital ceremony in collaboration with Léa Porré, live-streamed on the Royal College of Art 2021 online degree show, and exhibited in De:Formal x Mock Jungle’s “Creeper’s Luncheon” in Bologna, Italy.

The performance merges East Asian rituals with macabre Catholic relics, neoliberal wellness with gold-gilded glitches as Whitfield and Porré upload their souls into the digital afterlife. High Vibrational Country Club is a glimpse into the bizarre escapism of the uber-elite in an era of fake plastic flowers and total ecological collapse.
